Privacy Agreement

By continuing to use sbtitypes.com, you acknowledge the privacy-related practices described here. This page summarizes how we handle browser storage (where applicable), anonymous leaderboard signals, technical measurement, and third-party sharing when you choose it — in line with lightweight, entertainment-first products like the sbti-test.net approach, adapted for our deployment.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the SBTI Personality Test on this site, you agree that we may process limited technical and product data as described here to deliver the quiz, rankings (when enabled), and core functionality.

If you do not agree, you should stop using the site and clear any site data your browser has stored for this origin (including local storage and cookies, where used).

2. Local result storage

We may store recent test-related data in your browser (for example local storage or session storage) to improve continuity — e.g. remembering a latest result for UI features, history, or highlights when we ship those capabilities.

That data stays under your browser's control. You can remove it anytime via your browser's settings to clear site data for this domain.

3. Anonymous leaderboard participation

When you finish a test, the site may send your result type code (for example CTRL, MALO, DRUNK) to our server so aggregate popularity can appear on the public leaderboard — similar in spirit to sbti-test.net. That submission is intended to be anonymous: we do not use it to publish your legal name, account identity, or contact details (the personality test itself does not require you to log in).

When leaderboard data is served from demo / mock mode, no personal score feed is stored — only static demonstration counts. When connected to a database, we store anonymous event rows (such as result code and timestamp) as needed for aggregates.

4. Technical measurement

Like most sites, we may collect anonymous analytics, error reports, performance signals, and limited technical metadata needed to operate the service: for example page paths, timestamps, client or server logs, and abuse detection signals. Exact tooling can change over time (hosting provider analytics, error tracking, etc.).

This processing is scoped to running and improving the site — not to building rich personal dossiers for the quiz, which is designed to be lightweight.

5. Social sharing

If you use sharing features (or copy a link into social apps), you may interact with third-party platforms such as X, Reddit, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, or your email client. Once you leave this site or hand content to another platform, that platform's terms and privacy policy apply.

6. Entertainment-only product

The SBTI Personality Test is an entertainment product. Do not treat it as medical, psychological, employment, legal, or relationship advice. Because of that, privacy handling is aimed at a light experience rather than heavy account-based profiling for the quiz flow.

7. Updates to this agreement

We may update this Privacy Agreement as the product changes. The version on this page is the current version. Continued use after updates are published means you accept the revised text. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
